We ask that you do not bring pop-up-style booths to CF, or anything large enough to impede the view of your neighbor's tabletop exhibit.  

How to order Electric or AV: 
To order additional AV for your tabletop exhibit, please contact Ryan Jaynes at the Little America Hotel.

How to Ship your items:

The Little America Hotel requires materials handling from Modern Expo + Events at Carbon Fiber 2023. Use this document for shipping and handling pricing and details. 

If you send your materials to the hotel, they will be stored in the hotel's general mail room and will not be delivered to your tabletop. 

For outbound shipping details, please refer to the Bill of Lading.

How to register your team:
Register your team at this link and use your exhibitor code (sent by Michelle Crider).  Select "I am a Conference Sponsor or Exhibitor" from the Registration Category drop-down menu.  

Attendee Lists:
A final list of all registered Carbon Fiber attendees will be distributed to all sponsors no later than two weeks after the end of the event.
