We ask that you do not bring pop-up-style booths to CF, or anything that could impede the view of your neighbor's tabletop exhibits.

Set-Up / Tear-Down

Exhibitors will have access to set up starting Tuesday morning - event staff will be present starting at 8am. The Pre-Conference Seminar begins at 1pm, so we ask that you be conscientious of noise while setting up from this point forward. 

​

This year, the Opening Reception will take place in the outdoor Courtyard of the Marriott, right outside the main lobby, so exhibitors have extra time to set up before sessions and exhibit time, starting Wednesday at 8am. 

​

The Conference concludes on Thursday at 4:30pm - we ask that you do not start tearing down your tabletop until the final session has ended to avoid disruptions in the Conference area. After this point, exhibitors have until 6pm to pack their materials and place them on their table with shipping labels properly secured. Please see the Shipping Details section for more information.

Please use the attached Exhibitor Form from the Marriott Charleston for AV and Shipping arrangements. Questions and form submissions can be run through Natalie Schenk, Marriott Charleston.

Shipping Details

Due to limited storage, packages may be received no sooner than three (3) days prior to the event. Packages arriving more than three (3) days prior will insure an additional storage fee of $15.00/day for boxes and $150.00/day for pallets.

 

Storage and Handling fees should be expected and paid directly to the hotel by the shipping entity:

• $5 per box

• $85 per pallet

When the event concludes, the hotel can ship materials as long as the boxes are completely packaged, labeled and ready to be shipped, which pickup is called into the shipping company of choice.​

A final list of all registered Carbon Fiber attendees will be distributed to eligible sponsors no later than two weeks post-event.
