Pop-up style booths are NOT acceptable at CF. We will inspect tabletop set-ups and request the removal of any retractables or pop-ups that exceed the width of your table or obstruct the view of neighboring tables.

Set-Up / Tear-Down

Exhibitors will have access to Eagle Ballroom EFGH to set up starting Monday, November 3rd, at 9:00 am. Event staff will be present at the registration desk beginning at 8:00 am. We request that exhibit tables be set by Tuesday, November 4th, at noon, in preparation for the Pre-Conference Seminar, which begins at 1:00 pm. Please note that the exhibits will not be open to attendees on Tuesday.

The Exhibit room will be open during Conference hours (listed below). All attendees are registrants to the Conference and are expected to be in the conference room while sessions are in progress. Attendees will be primarily in the Exhibit room during beverage and mealtime breaks noted in the schedule. 

• Wednesday, November 5th at 8:00 am-5:30 pm

• Thursday, November 6th at 7:30 am-12:30 pm

​The Conference concludes on Thursday, November 6th, at 3:30 pm - please do not tear down your tabletop until the final session has ended to avoid disruptions in the Conference area. Exhibitors have until 7:00 pm to pack their materials and place the boxes on their table with shipping labels secured. Please see the Shipping Details section for more information.

Shipping Details

Due to limited storage, packages should not arrive more than forty-eight (48) hours before Monday, November 3rd at 8:00 am. Any items arriving before the forty-eight (48) hours will incur storage charges as listed below, based on per item, per day.

Cost to receive items is $5.00 per item and $100.00 per pallet. Items are stored complimentary for 48 hours before and 48 hours following Carbon Fiber. ​

There is no FedEx/UPS store on-site, so please have your return labels pre-printed. Boxes being shipped from the hotel must be packed with labels printed and taped on. Hotel personnel will take the prepared boxes from the exhibit table to the back dock to be picked up starting at 7:00 pm on Thursday, November 6th. ​
