Breakfasts & Refreshment Breaks: Includes food and beverage for both pre-conference sessions and the General Sessions. The sponsor will receive the following: signage throughout the conference, signage at the coffee, water and break stations, branded napkins, branded coffee sleeves. Registration: Opens July 10 and closes the day after Carbon Fiber 2023 concludes. The sponsor will receive the following: logo and branding on the registration website, logo and branding on attendee badges, signage at registration counter and on the conference website. Hotel Key Cards: All attendees registered to stay at the Little America Hotel will receive two key cards with the sponsor's branding. The design of the keycards can be handled by the sponsor or the Carbon Fiber creative team. Event Lanyards - SOLD: All registered attendees receive an event lanyard with sponsor's branding. The design of the lanyards can be handled by the sponsor or the Carbon Fiber creative team. Folio & Proceedings - SOLD: All registered attendees receive an event folio at their seat. The sponsor will receive prominent branding on the cover. The design will be handled by the Carbon Fiber creative team. Once the event is over, all proceedings will be posted to a password-protected webpage on the Carbon Fiber website. The sponsor will choose the password, and will receive branding on the page itself. Luncheons: - Nov 29 SOLD (One Sponsor per Luncheon on November 29 & 30) Sponsors will receive the following: signage throughout the conference, trifold signage at each table and along buffet if offered, branded napkins.

Opening Reception: (Tuesday, November 29) The Opening Reception takes place following the pre-conference sessions and tours and will last approximately 1 hour. The sponsors will receive the following: signage throughout the conference, signage at the bar and food tables, branded napkins, branded coasters. Open bar, light appetizers and/or display food. The sponsor is welcome to make an announcement, if desired. This is the first opportunity for conference attendees to meet with exhibitors and fellow attendees. Grand Reception: (Wednesday, November 30) The Grand Reception takes place after the final presentation on Wednesday and lasts approximately 1.5 hours. The sponsors receive the following: signage throughout he conference, signage at the bar and food tables, branded napkins, branded coasters, open bar, and heavier appetizers. The sponsor is welcome to make an announcement if desired. This is the last reception of the event. If students are involved with this conference, they will be able to display their posters during this reception. Please note that this is not an exclusive sponsorship. As a Diamond sponsor, you are sponsoring both receptions.

Conference Wi-Fi - SOLD: The sponsor will choose the password for the Carbon Fiber conference Wi-Fi. Signage at every table will include the Wi-Fi password. Tour: (One sponsor per tour location. Albany Engineering Composites or DPS Skis) The tour sponsor will receive recognition on the registration page, as well as on the tour description on the conference website. The sponsor will receive a cling or magnet that will add their branding to the tour bus. They will also receive branding on directional signage. The sponsor is welcome to give a small handout at boarding or provide water, snacks, or other reading material. Charging Station: The sponsor will receive custom branding on an eight-drawer standing charging unit in the Conference area. Charging Station design will be handled by Carbon Fiber creative team. Pens & Notepads - SOLD: All attendees are given a Carbon Fiber branded notepad and pen at their seat. The sponsor will receive prominent branding on the notepad, as well as on the pen. The design on the pen will be handled by the Carbon Fiber creative team.
