Sponsorship Offerings
Opening Reception: The Opening Reception takes place on November 10th at the U.S. Space & Rocket Center following the pre-conference sessions and tours as an opportunity to meet with all attendees. The reception lasts approximately 2 hours. Sponsor will receive the following: signage throughout the conference, signage at the bar and food tables, branded napkins, open bar, light appetizers and/or display food. The sponsor is welcome to make an announcement, if desired.
Grand Reception: The Grand Reception takes place after the final presentation on Wednesday and lasts approximately 1.5 hours. The sponsors receive the following: signage throughout he conference, signage at the bar and food tables, branded napkins, open bar, and heavier appetizers. The sponsor is welcome to make an announcement if desired. This is the last reception of the event. If students are involved with this conference, they will be able to display their posters during this reception.
Please note that this is not an exclusive sponsorship. As a Diamond sponsor, you are sponsoring both receptions.

- Recognition and speaking opportunity during one of the Receptions (5 minute limit)

Platinum sponsor select one of the following exclusive items or gatherings.
Event Lanyards: All attendees receive an event lanyards with the sponsor's branding. The design of the lanyard can be handled by the sponsor or the Carbon Fiber art department.
Lunch on Wednesday: Includes food for lunch on 11/11. Sponsors will receive signage around the lunch station and branded napkins.
Lunch on Thursday: Includes food for lunch on 11/12. Sponsors will receive signage around the lunch station and branded napkins. .
Breakfasts: Includes food for breakfast on 11/11 and 11/12 during the General Conference sessions. The sponsor will receive signage around the breakfast station and branded napkins.
Hotel Room Drop: Sponsor may provide goodie welcome bags for all attendees staying at the host hotel. Welcome bags will be delivered to each room as guests check-in. A great way to keep your brand top of mind!

Gold sponsor select one of the following exclusive items.
All Breaks: Sponsor each morning and afternoon of the conference will have refreshment breaks. Sponsor will receive prominent signage throughout refreshment area, digital signage and branded napkins.
Hotel Key Cards: All attendees staying at the host hotel will receive two key cards with the sponsor's branding. The design of the keycards can be handled by the sponsor or the Carbon Fiber art department.
Pens & Notepads: All attendees are given a Carbon Fiber-branded notepad and pen at their seat. The sponsor will receive prominent branding on the notepad and pen. The design on the pen will be handled by the Carbon Fiber art department.
Registration: The sponsor will receive their logo on registration webpages, confirmation emails and attendee badges, and signage at the registration counter.
Conference Wi-Fi: The sponsor will choose the password for the Carbon Fiber Wi-Fi. Signage at every conference table will include the Wi-Fi password.
