Radius Engineering’s focus has been RTM and SQRTM Net-Shape composites technology for nearly four decades. Radius provides manufacturing workcells for thermosets and thermoplastics (up to 800°F/425°C), preforming equipment (for processes ranging from autoclave to CMC manufacturing), and 1K/2K RTM and SQRTM injection systems (up to 600°F/315°C and 435 psi / 30 bars). We also offer structural design, analysis, and testing, RTM/SQRTM tooling and manufacturing process development. With our partner in Belgium, Coexpair, we provide composite manufacturing solutions worldwide to OEM manufacturers and their tiers.
