The Westin Huntsville does not offer an airport shuttle. Taxis, rideshares (Uber/Lyft) and rental cars are available at Huntsville International Airport (HSV), about an 11-minute drive from the hotel.

Badge pick-up and check-in can be found on the ground floor of the Conference Center of The Westin Huntsville, outside the Mediterranean Ballroom.
Registration for Carbon Fiber will be available starting on Tuesday, November 10th, at 7:30 AM until the end of the conference each day.

Networking Receptions
Please join us for two exceptional networking events: the Opening Reception and the Grand Reception. These gatherings provide a unique opportunity to connect with visionary leaders and pioneers in the global Carbon Fiber industry.
The Opening Reception is scheduled for Tuesday, November 10, from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at the U.S. Space and Rocket Center.
Shuttle service between The Westin Huntsville and the U.S. Space & Rocket Center will begin at 5:30 PM. The final shuttle will leave the U.S. Space & Rocket Center at 8:00 PM, so please plan to arrange your own transportation if you stay after that time.
The Grand Reception takes place on Wednesday, November 11, from 5:00 - 7:00 PM in the Mediterranean Ballroom among our esteemed exhibitors and sponsors.

Carbon Fiber Conference Tours will take placeon November 10th, from 12:30 PM - 5:00 PM for a unique opportunity to explore advanced manufacturing and aerospace innovation firsthand. This timing also gives attendees participating in preconference seminars plenty of time to join.
A to-go lunch will be provided at The Westin Huntsville before departure, and the bus leaves for Beyond Gravity promptly at 12:30 PM.

TOURS
Tour Beyond Gravity's Trinity, AL facility, where advanced composite payload fairings are manufactured for United Launch Alliance's Vulcan rockets, including those launching Amazon's Project Kuiper satellites. Spanning roughly 250,000 square feet, the facility reflects Beyond Gravity's decade-long partnership with ULA and its role as part of a global aerospace network headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland.
Tour AUARI's facilities in Huntsville's Cummings Research Park, including its Research and Innovation Campus at the doorstep of Redstone Arsenal and its new 50,000-square-foot Applied Research Laboratory, supporting advanced manufacturing, rapid prototyping, composite manufacturing, defense systems integration, and space-electronics radiation testing.

Rayon-Based Carbon Fiber Replacement Seminar
The Rayon-Based Carbon Fiber Replacement Seminar is ITAR-controlled and open to U.S. citizens only. Please bring two forms of ID confirming U.S. citizenship to check in.
Attendees without both forms of ID won’t be able to enter the seminar.
Please bring:
1. A government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license or state ID card
AND
2. One document proving U.S. citizenship, such as:

Certificate of Naturalization

Please note that a driver’s license on its own, including a REAL ID, does not prove citizenship.

All participants of the conference are expected to understand their obligations under US export controls, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). While Gardner encourages participants to not share any information that contains ITAR-controlled technical data during the course of the conference, Gardner is not responsible for reviewing, classifying, or otherwise monitoring data that is shared in any form. US export controls compliance is the sole responsibility of conference participants.
Photography & Recording Policy
Audio and video recording of conference sessions is not permitted. Photography is not allowed in the Rayon-Based Carbon Fiber Replacement Seminar.
