Badge Pickup
Badge pick-up and check-in can be found on the ground floor of the Conference Center of the Hyatt Regency Wichita, outside the Eagle Ballroom.

Registration for Carbon Fiber will be available starting on Tuesday, November 4th, at 8:00 AM until the end of the conference each day.

Networking Receptions
Please join us for two exceptional networking events: the Opening Reception and the Grand Reception. These gatherings provide a unique opportunity to connect with visionary leaders and pioneers in the global Carbon Fiber industry.

The Opening Reception is scheduled for Tuesday, November 4, from 6:00 - 7:30 PM at the Kansas Aviation Museum. Transportation will be provided between the Hyatt Regency Wichita and the Museum. The final bus to depart at 7:30 PM from the Museum, after this time, you will need to secure your own transportation.

The Grand Reception takes place on Wednesday, November 5, from 5:00 - 6:30 PM in the Eagle Ballroom among our esteemed exhibitors and sponsors.

Carbon Fiber 2025 proceedings will be made available to all registered attendees approximately two weeks after our event. You will receive a link to a password-protected page, where you can access all the presentations in PDF format*.
